Terms of Service

By creating an account or using WyreIt at wyreit.app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use WyreIt.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WYREIT APP LTD (Company No. 17283422), a company registered in England and Wales.

You must be at least 18 years old to use WyreIt. WyreIt is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.

By using WyreIt, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not barred from using the service under applicable law

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. WyreIt cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account secure.

You must:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

You agree to use WyreIt only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use WyreIt to:

• Post, schedule, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial communications
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.)
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to WyreIt's systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access WyreIt other than through our official API
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair WyreIt's infrastructure

WyreIt connects to third-party social media platforms via their official APIs. By connecting a platform, you authorise WyreIt to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring your use of each connected platform complies with that platform's terms of service
• All content you post through WyreIt
• Maintaining valid authorisation with each connected platform

WyreIt does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any third-party platform. APIs may be restricted, changed, or revoked by the platform provider at any time.

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or post through WyreIt. By using WyreIt, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

We do not:

• Claim ownership of your content
• Use your content for advertising or marketing without your explicit consent

We do store the content you create in WyreIt — post text, media references and scheduling details — so that you can view, edit and reuse your posting history in the app. It is retained until you delete it or close your account. See section 9 of our Privacy Policy for full retention periods.

WyreIt is a paid service. Every new account begins with a free trial (section 7c), and continued use after that trial requires a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.

• Standard: £19/month — any three platforms, and three extra profiles on top of the one included with each platform
• Pro: £49/month — all your platforms, and four extra profiles on top of the one included with each platform
• Agency: bespoke pricing, agreed with you in writing before any charge is made

Subscriptions are charged per account. WyreIt does not sell seats and does not charge according to the number of people who use an account.

All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by applicable consumer law.

WyreIt reserves the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Standard posts to X are included in your plan. Posts to X that contain a URL incur a per-post fee, because X charges WyreIt a fee for publishing link posts through its API. This fee is drawn from a balance of X link credits included with paid plans; once that balance is exhausted, further link posts require an X link credit top-up.

X link credits are priced in advance and are consumed only when a link post is published. They are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Included amounts and top-up prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change on notice.

X link credits are a different thing from AI credits, which are what Content Autopilot spends when WyreIt generates content for you. The two balances are separate and neither can be spent on the other.

Some connected platforms impose their own usage limits, set by the platform provider and not by WyreIt. For example, YouTube's API applies a shared daily quota across all WyreIt users for uploads and comment replies.

Where a platform's limit is reached, affected actions may be delayed or temporarily unavailable until the limit resets or the provider grants increased capacity. These limits are outside WyreIt's control. We work to raise them where possible but do not guarantee any specific capacity.

Every new account includes a free trial of 14 days, starting on the day you sign up. No payment card is required to begin the trial, and no charge is made during it.

During the trial you have Pro-level access: all your platforms, extra profiles, scheduling and unlimited posts. Allowances for AI-generated content are lower during the trial than on a paid Pro plan.

The trial ends after 14 days. If you have not chosen a paid plan by then, your access to the service ends on the fifteenth day — except for the account settings you need in order to manage or delete your account, which remain available to you at all times. Specifically:

• Publishing and scheduling stop. Anything you had scheduled is held rather than cancelled, and is not published while the account is unsubscribed.
• Your content is retained. Your posts, drafts, media, analytics and business profile are kept. Nothing is deleted because a trial ended.
• Your connected accounts stay connected. You will not need to authorise them again.
• You can reactivate at any time by subscribing to a plan. Anything held resumes from that point.

You may delete your account and all of its data from Settings at any time, including after a trial has ended. See section 6 for retention periods.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

Upon termination:

• Your access to WyreIt will cease immediately
• Any scheduled posts will not be published unless they have already been dispatched to the relevant platforms
• We are not obliged to retain or provide copies of your content after termination
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification)

We aim to provide a reliable, high-quality service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. WyreIt may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of WyreIt at any time with reasonable notice
• Terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms

WyreIt, its logo, and all related software, designs, and content are owned by WYREIT APP LTD and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

WyreIt is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WYREIT APP LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of WyreIt shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WYREIT APP LTD, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer in the UK, you may also have rights under UK consumer protection law that these Terms do not affect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify you by email at least 14 days before changes take effect

Your continued use of WyreIt after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
