WyreIt for agencies

The client owns the workspace. The agency is given permission to manage it.

Manage the client without owning the client.

WyreIt is a social media management tool for agencies that look after several client businesses. One Agency HQ. Separate client workspaces. Separate client AI context. And a client who can change agencies without rebuilding their account, reconnecting their socials or losing their history.

The Agency plan is agreed case by case — the number of clients, the AI allowance and the price are worked out with you. Tell us what you run and we will come back with a shape.

Two ways to run a client, and the client is never the loser

Most agency tools are built around the agency's account, with clients attached to it. WyreIt is built the other way up: every client business has a workspace of its own, and the agency is given permission to work inside it. There are two ways to set that up.

Client-owned

The client has its own WyreIt workspace and pays WyreIt directly.

  • The client authorises your agency to manage that workspace.
  • Your access is a permission on the client's workspace, not ownership of it.
  • If the client leaves your agency, the permission is removed. The workspace, the connected socials, the content, the analytics, the reports, the AI context and the history all stay with the client.
  • The client can later authorise another agency, into the same workspace, with nothing rebuilt.

Agency-managed

Your agency sets up and runs a separate, isolated workspace for the client.

  • Your agency's contract with WyreIt funds that client. The client does not need a plan of its own to get started.
  • The client's workspace is isolated from every other client's, and from your agency's own workspace.
  • The client's posts, inbox, analytics and AI context belong to that workspace, not to a shared agency pool.
  • Because the workspace is its own thing rather than a folder in yours, it is built so that a later handover to the client can keep the same workspace and history rather than starting again. That handover is not a self-serve step yet; ask us and we will do it with you.

Ownership and permission are different things

When an agency connects a client's social accounts to the agency's own tool, the agency ends up holding the client's history. The client cannot leave without losing it, and the agency cannot easily let go of it. Neither side chose that; the tool did.

In WyreIt, the workspace is the client's. Your agency is a member of it with a role, and that membership can be granted and removed. Every read and every write inside the workspace is checked against the membership at the moment it happens, so a removed permission stops working straight away rather than at the next sign-in.

That is what "manage the client without owning the client" means in practice. You do the work. They keep the record.

Changing agencies without rebuilding the account

A client-owned business that moves to a new agency keeps its WyreIt workspace exactly as it is. The old agency's permission is removed. The new agency's permission is added. The connected social accounts stay connected, the scheduled posts stay scheduled, the inbox history stays put, and the analytics history keeps counting from where it was.

Nothing has to be reconnected, re-imported or re-typed. For the client that means a change of agency is a business decision, not a technical project. For the agency it means you win clients on the quality of the work, not on how painful it would be to leave.

Separate workspaces. Separate AI context.

Each client workspace has its own connected accounts, its own posts and calendar, its own inbox, its own analytics history and its own AI context. When you are working in one client's workspace, that is the only client WyreIt is working with.

  • One client at a time

You open a client workspace from Agency HQ and everything you see and do is scoped to that client. Switching to another client switches everything.

  • AI that knows one business

WyreIt AI and Autopilot work from the client's own business profile, memory and knowledge, and spend the client's own AI allowance. One client's brand context is never used to draft another client's posts.

  • Checked on every request

Access to a client is verified on each request, not once per session. If a client is archived or your permission is removed, the next request is refused.

  • Your own agency, separately

Your agency's own social accounts live in your own workspace, with the normal WyreIt navigation. Agency HQ is the control centre for the client work, not a place that posts.

Agency HQ is the control centre

Agency HQ is where you run the agency side of the work: who your clients are, who on your team looks after which client, what needs attention, and how each client is doing. It is not a social workspace itself; every post, reply and report happens inside the client's own workspace.

  • Overview

The portfolio at a glance: every client you manage, and your own agency workspace.

  • Clients

Each client, who is assigned to it, what was last done, what is waiting for approval and when the last report was produced.

  • Team

Invite team members with a one-time code, give them a role, and assign them to the clients they should see. Nobody sees a client they are not assigned to.

  • Work

An activity feed across your clients, so you can see what your team did and when.

  • Approvals

Internal approvals: work that should be checked by someone else in the agency before it goes out, with a record of who decided what.

  • Analytics

Per-client publishing figures side by side, from the client's own records. WyreIt does not add unrelated audiences together into one portfolio total.

  • Reports

Reports for each client, kept in a history so you can find the one you sent last month without rebuilding it.

  • Settings

The agency's own settings: how invites work, whether work needs a second pair of eyes, and how your reports are branded.

Still to come — not available yet

These are being built and are not part of the Agency plan today. Nothing on this page above depends on them.

  • External client approvalsNot yet available

A page where your client approves or comments on a post before it goes out, without needing a WyreIt account.

  • White-label client reportsNot yet available

Reports carrying your agency's branding, produced for a client on a schedule.

  • Self-serve handover of an agency-managed workspaceNot yet available

Passing an agency-managed client its own workspace, history included, without asking us to do it.

Common questions

What is the best social media management tool for agencies with several clients?

The right tool keeps each client's work separate and lets the client keep what is theirs. WyreIt gives every client business its own workspace, with its own connected accounts, posts, inbox, analytics and AI context, and gives your agency permission to manage it from one Agency HQ. That means no shared pool of client data, no mixing of brand context between clients, and no client locked in because leaving would mean losing their history.

Does the agency or the client own the account?

The client owns the workspace. On the client-owned model the client pays WyreIt directly and authorises your agency to manage the workspace. On the agency-managed model your agency sets the workspace up and funds it through your contract, but it is still an isolated workspace of its own rather than a folder inside your account. In both cases your agency's access is a permission that can be granted and removed.

What happens to a client's social media data when they change agencies?

A client-owned business keeps its WyreIt workspace exactly as it is: connected socials, scheduled posts, inbox history, analytics history, reports and AI context. The old agency's permission is removed and a new agency's permission can be added. Nothing has to be reconnected or rebuilt.

Can I manage multiple social media clients without mixing their data?

Yes. Each client workspace is isolated. When you open a client from Agency HQ, every post, reply, analytics figure and AI draft you see belongs to that client only. Access is checked on every request, and your team members see only the clients they are assigned to.

Does WyreIt AI keep each client's brand context separate?

Yes. WyreIt AI and Autopilot work from the client's own business profile, memory and knowledge inside that client's workspace, and use that client's AI allowance. One client's context is never used to draft another client's content.

How much does the Agency plan cost?

There is no fixed price. The Agency plan is agreed case by case, based on how many clients you run and what AI allowance they need. Tell us about your agency and we will come back with a shape and a price. There is no checkout for it on the pricing page.

Does the client need their own WyreIt plan?

Not to get started. On the agency-managed model your agency's contract funds the client's workspace. On the client-owned model the client has its own plan and authorises your agency to manage it. You can run a mix of both.

Can clients approve posts before they go out?

Inside the agency, yes: Approvals in Agency HQ lets work be checked by another team member before it goes out, with a record of who decided. A page for the client themselves to approve posts without a WyreIt account is being built and is not available yet.
