WyreIt Analytics

If WyreIt says it published, it has evidence it published.

Analytics built on what actually went out — not on what you selected.

Most social media analytics start from a list of the posts you meant to send. WyreIt starts from the posts the platforms confirmed. It counts a post as published only when the platform hands back a record of it, keeps each account's figures separate, and builds a performance history over time rather than showing you a snapshot of whatever the platform says right now.

Analytics is included on every WyreIt plan, from Standard up, and during the 14-day free trial. No card needed.

Selected is not attempted. Attempted is not published.

When you send one post to several accounts, three different things can be true of each destination. You selected it. WyreIt attempted it. The platform confirmed it. Only the last one is a publication, and only the last one is counted.

If Facebook published but Instagram failed, WyreIt Analytics records exactly that. The one that published is counted as published, with the platform's own record behind it. The one that failed is shown as a failure, with the platform's reason where one was given. Neither is quietly folded into the other, and nothing is shown as published because it was ticked.

A post WyreIt attempted but heard nothing definite back about is shown as unconfirmed — not as published, and not as failed — until the platform's answer is known. That is the honest state, and it is kept separate so you can go and check.

  • Evidence, not intent

A destination counts as published when the platform has returned its own post record. WyreIt's counters, tiles and reports are all built from that record.

  • Partial success, shown as partial

One post to five accounts can be three published and two failed. WyreIt shows five outcomes, not one green tick.

  • Failures stay visible

A failed destination is a failed destination in every view — the post list, the period counts and the reports — so a problem with one account cannot hide inside a total.

A measured zero and a missing number are not the same thing

A zero is a measurement: WyreIt asked, the platform answered, and the answer was nought. That is useful information and it is shown as 0.

A number WyreIt could not read this time — because a connection needs renewing, a permission was not granted, or the platform did not answer — is shown as unavailable, with the reason where there is one. It is never written down as zero, because a zero you did not measure is a lie that looks like data.

And a figure a platform simply does not offer is marked as such, so you are not invited to fix something that cannot be fixed.

A performance history over time, not a snapshot

The figure a platform shows you today is the figure as of today. Ask again next month and last month's number is gone. WyreIt records readings as it goes, so a post's engagement and an account's audience become a history you can look back on, not a number that overwrites itself.

  • Collected in the background

Readings are taken on a schedule while you get on with your work. You do not have to open Analytics for the history to accrue.

  • 7, 30 and 90 day views

Each period is compared with the one before it, so you can see whether this month was better or worse than last, not just what the totals are.

  • Nothing is invented

A trend needs at least two readings. Until there are two, WyreIt shows the level it has and says it cannot show a change yet. A day it could not measure is left as a gap, never filled in.

  • You can see how fresh it is

Every figure says when it was taken, so a number from an hour ago and a number from last week are never presented as the same thing.

  • Follower and account trends where a platform supports it

Where a platform lets WyreIt read an account-level figure such as followers, it is recorded daily and becomes a trend over time. Where a platform does not, WyreIt says so rather than guessing.

  • Post performance where a platform supports it

Views, likes, comments and the other figures a platform exposes for a post are recorded per post and per account. Different platforms expose different metrics; WyreIt shows what each one provides.

Every account keeps its own figures

Two accounts on the same platform — a second shop, a second brand, a page and a personal profile — are two histories in WyreIt, not one blended line. Figures are recorded per account and per post, and the overview shows deliveries by platform and by account so you can see which one did the work.

For an agency, the same rule holds between clients: each client workspace has its own analytics history and nothing is summed across clients into a total that means nothing to anyone. See how WyreIt handles agencies and their clients on the agency page.

What WyreIt Analytics does not do

Some things are worth saying plainly, because plenty of analytics pages leave you to find them out.

  • It is not real-time

Readings are taken on a schedule and every figure tells you when it was taken. If you need to watch a number move minute by minute, the platform's own app is the place.

  • Not every platform offers every metric

Each platform decides what it exposes and to whom. WyreIt shows what a platform provides and marks what it does not, rather than showing the same tidy grid of numbers for all of them.

  • It does not tell you what to post next

Analytics shows figures. It does not currently generate recommendations or summaries from them. WyreIt AI works from your business profile and your instructions, not from an automatic reading of your analytics.

  • History starts when you connect

WyreIt records from the day an account is connected. It cannot backfill years of history the platform never gave it, and it does not pretend to.

Analytics is not a separate product or an add-on. It is part of every plan.

Common questions

What is the best social media analytics tool for a small business?

One that tells the truth about what happened and keeps a history you can compare against. WyreIt Analytics counts a post as published only when the platform confirms it, shows a failed destination as failed rather than hiding it in a total, keeps every account's figures separate, and records readings over time so you can compare 7, 30 and 90 day periods with the ones before. It is included on every plan and during the free trial.

What happens if a post publishes on one platform but fails on another?

WyreIt records exactly that. The destination that published is counted as published, with the platform's own record behind it. The destination that failed is shown as failed, with the reason where the platform gave one. You see both outcomes on the post and in the period figures, and nothing is counted as published because it was selected.

Does WyreIt show a zero when it cannot read a number?

No. A zero in WyreIt is a measurement the platform returned. A figure WyreIt could not read is shown as unavailable, with the reason where there is one, and a figure a platform does not offer is marked as unsupported. The three are kept apart on purpose.

Does WyreIt Analytics work in real time?

No. Readings are taken on a schedule and every figure shows when it was taken, so you always know how fresh a number is. For minute-by-minute watching, use the platform's own app.

Does WyreIt track follower growth?

Where a platform lets WyreIt read an account-level figure such as followers, it is recorded daily and shown as a trend once there are enough readings to draw one. Where a platform does not offer the figure, WyreIt says so rather than guessing. Different platforms support different account metrics.

Can I see analytics for more than one account on the same platform?

Yes. Each connected account keeps its own figures and its own history, and the overview breaks deliveries down by platform and by account. Two accounts are never blended into one line.

Is analytics included in every plan?

Yes. Analytics is part of every WyreIt plan, from Standard up, and it works during the 14-day free trial. There is no separate analytics add-on.

Can I export or share a report?

Yes. Reports can be downloaded from WyreIt, and a saved report can be shared with a link that expires and can be revoked, so a client or a colleague can read it without a WyreIt account.
