What is an X link credit?
X charges a fee for a post that contains a link. Posts without a link are free and unlimited on any paid plan — this only applies when you paste a URL. We pass X's fee through at cost with no markup, taken from the X link credits included in your plan (£2 on Standard, £5 on Pro). If you post more links than that covers, you can top up at any time and you still pay only what X charges us. X link credits are a separate thing from AI credits, which are what Content Autopilot spends when it writes a post for you.

Common questions
What is the difference between a platform and an extra profile?
A platform is the service itself — Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube or Bluesky. An extra profile is a second account on a platform you are already using: a second TikTok for a different branch, say, or a third X. Every platform your plan covers already includes one profile, so extra profiles are on top of that. Standard covers any three platforms and includes three extra profiles. Pro covers all your platforms and includes four.
What happens when my trial ends?
Posting and scheduling pause until you choose a plan, and nothing is deleted. Your posts, drafts, media and business profile stay exactly as they are. Your connected accounts stay connected — you will not have to set them up again. Anything you had scheduled is held rather than cancelled, and goes out once you subscribe. You can carry on from the screen WyreIt shows you, or delete your account and all its data from Settings at any time.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 14 days free from the day you sign up, and you do not need a card to start. You get the Pro plan for those 14 days — all your platforms, extra profiles, scheduling and unlimited posts — with a smaller allowance of AI credits than a paid plan. When the trial ends, posting and scheduling pause until you choose a plan, and nothing you have made is deleted. Separately, if you are not happy within 14 days of your first payment, email [email protected] for a full refund.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade instantly from your Settings page. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
Which platforms are supported?
Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Bluesky, all live now. Instagram publishes both images and video, including Reels. Standard covers any three of them; Pro covers all of them. You post and reply to engagement across whichever you have connected.
Does WyreIt post video?
Yes, on every plan. Attach an mp4 up to 200MB and it goes out with the post. TikTok and YouTube need a video — they have no text-only post. Instagram needs a photo or a video, and a video publishes as a Reel. Facebook, X, LinkedIn and Bluesky take video but do not require it. Bluesky is the one with its own ceiling: mp4 only, and no longer than three minutes.
Can I connect more than one account on the same platform?
Yes — that is what extra profiles are. Link a second X or a personal and a business TikTok, and star one as the default so the composer picks it automatically. Standard includes three extra profiles and Pro includes four, on top of the one that comes with each platform you connect.
How do I connect an account? Do you need my password?
No. You connect through each platform's own sign-in screen and approve the permissions there — the standard flow you have used before. WyreIt never sees your password. Bluesky is the exception, because it has no such screen: it uses an app password you generate in Bluesky's own settings and can revoke at any time.
What is the Agency plan?
A plan we put together with you, for anyone running social media for several clients. It is everything in Pro, with as many profiles as you need and priority support. There is no fixed price because there is no fixed shape — email [email protected] and we will work it out.
